Please be advised that motorized vehicles are prohibited on all District trails, detention ponds, and other District property. This includes ATVs, dirt bikes, golf carts, minibikes, motorcycles, and any other motorized recreational vehicles.
Motorized vehicles damage trails, destroy the vegetation that helps prevent erosion along detention pond banks, and create unsafe conditions for pedestrians, cyclists, and others enjoying District facilities.
Violations of this prohibition are punishable by fine of up to $10,000 in accordance with applicable District rules and regulations.
Please help protect our trails and community by using these areas responsibly and reporting unsafe activity to the appropriate authorities.
